Goals for the 2022 CYC Youth Sailing Program
Our main goals for this summer are:
- To provide a safe sailing program that teaches boating skills with patience, support, and lots of fun.
- To offer a course in Colington Harbour that every family can afford.
- To teach the youth who have mastered the Opti how to sail a Sunfish.
- To offer more advanced sailors the opportunity to sail a Topaz.
- To continue to promote the Colington Regatta to other local communities and plan more regattas for Optis and Sunfish.
Again we thank all of our 2021 sponsors and volunteers for their help and support and ask everybody to continue that support as the youth program continues to grow in 2022.
